Daisy

Meet Daisy, the reason we have Little Bear. Daisy is an Angel-on-Earth, as my wife calls her. My wife has never been an animal lover until Daisy came along. We adopted Daisy in 2015 after my wife called a rescue and listed her desires for a dog - lazy, no work, would never hurt our kids, sleeps a lot, potty trained…pretty much an ornament of an animal. Well, we found Daisy and visited her at the rescue. She promptly wedged her head on our laps lazily and requested petting. We brought her home after a few days and were shocked at how well behaved and wonderful she was. She truly was and still is an Angel-on-Earth.

She is now 12 years old. Her hips are starting to show their age when they occasionally give her a hard time. But she is still happy and with us. But, we wanted another Great Pyrenees to have around for the day she left us. We assumed all Pyrenees were similar in personality. So we adopted Little Bear. Daisy has done wonders to show him how to behave properly despite his attempts to teach her a thing or two. They’ve become best friends with a sibling type of relationship. They love each other, but often get irritated or jealous of each other.

We love Daisy and will find a way to infuse her into our coffee roasting business like we did with Little Bear.
